Factory Capabilities and Services

What services does your factory offer?
Our core services include sewing, packing, and door-to-door delivery. We also offer shirring, embroidery, printing, and various types of washing. However, due to the current tariff situation, some services may be limited.

What is your production capacity?
We can produce between 50,000 to 100,000 pieces per week, depending on the SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) of each style and the number of styles per week. Deliveries are weekly, and we pick up fabric or cut work every week to bring into Mexico.

What is your turnaround time?
Our standard production timeline is about 5 weeks from the time we pick up the cut work to delivery in Los Angeles. For deliveries to other U.S. states, additional time is required for transport from the border to the destination city.

Quality Assurance

What quality control measures do you implement?

We have a dedicated QC (Quality Control) team that inspects garments at different stages of production. QC supervisors conduct random checks during sewing. Once a garment is finished, we perform a 100% inspection before packing. A final QC inspection is done before shipping to ensure everything meets specifications.

Do you have any certifications?
Yes. We have held the WRAP certification for the past 6 consecutive years. Previously, we were also certified by Walmart, Macy’s, and Kohl’s.

Materials and Sourcing

Do you provide the materials for production?
No. All materials must be provided by the client. We do not supply trims or packing components such as boxes or strings.

Costs and Payment Terms

What is included in your pricing?
Our prices include labor, logistics, freight, and customs fees. We do not include any trims or packing supplies in our pricing.

What are your payment terms?
We prefer payment via wire transfer upon delivery, with a maximum of one week after the goods are received at your warehouse.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order is 800 pieces.

Logistics and Delivery

Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
Yes. We handle all logistics from picking up the cut work at your facility to delivering the finished, packed goods. We manage customs, freight, and border paperwork.

Who are your shipping partners?
We ship through the TJ and Cd. Juárez borders using two trusted freight companies we’ve partnered with for over 20 years. We have a strong, reliable working relationship with them.

Communication and Support

How do I contact your team for questions or updates?
Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday to handle inquiries or provide updates. We also have a dedicated accounting team to assist with purchase orders.

How do you keep clients informed during production?
We send weekly Work-in-Progress (WIP) updates and shipment schedules via email. Clients can also contact us through phone calls, Zoom, or WhatsApp.
